Terms & Conditions

These Terms and Conditions apply to all services provided by Traveluxe, hereinafter referred to as "The Company," to the client, hereinafter referred to as "The Client."

1. Booking

1.1. The Client shall provide all necessary information accurately and completely when making a booking request, including but not limited to name, contact information, passport information, and payment information.

1.2. The Company reserves the right to decline any booking request at its discretion.

1.3. A booking is considered confirmed only after full payment has been received by the Company.

2. Payment

2.1. The Client shall pay the total amount due as specified in the invoice provided by the Company.

2.2. The Company shall not be responsible for any additional costs incurred by the Client, including but not limited to airfare, visa fees, travel insurance, or any other expenses not included in the package.

2.3. The Client shall be responsible for any bank charges or transfer fees incurred when making payments.

2.4. Payment can be made by bank transfer, credit card, or any other payment method approved by the Company.

3. Cancellation and Refunds

3.1. The Client may cancel the booking at any time, provided that written notice is given to the Company.

3.2. The Company shall refund the Client as per the refund policy, if the booking is cancelled by the Company.

3.3. Refunds shall be processed within 14 business days from the date of cancellation.

4. Changes to the Booking

4.1. The Client may request changes to the booking by providing written notice to the Company.

4.2. The Company shall make reasonable efforts to accommodate the Client's requests, subject to availability and any additional costs incurred.

4.3. The Client shall be responsible for any additional costs incurred due to changes in the booking.

5. Travel Documents

5.1. The Client shall be responsible for obtaining all necessary travel documents, including but not limited to passports, visas, and health certificates.

5.2. The Company shall provide assistance and advice regarding travel documents, but shall not be responsible for any costs or losses incurred due to the Client's failure to obtain the necessary documents.

6. Travel Insurance

6.1. The Client is strongly recommended to obtain travel insurance before embarking on the trip.

6.2. The Company shall not be responsible for any costs or losses incurred due to the Client's failure to obtain travel insurance.

7. Liability

7.1. The Company shall not be responsible for any loss, damage, injury, or death incurred during the trip, whether caused by the Client or any third party.

7.2. The Company shall not be responsible for any costs or losses incurred due to events beyond its control, including but not limited to natural disasters, war, civil unrest, or acts of terrorism.

7.3. The Client shall indemnify and hold harmless the Company and its employees, agents, and representatives from any claims, losses, or damages arising from the Client's participation in the trip.

8. Miscellaneous

8.1. These Terms and Conditions constitute the entire agreement between the Company and the Client, and supersede all prior negotiations, understandings, and agreements between the parties.

8.2. These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without giving effect to any principles of conflicts of law.

8.3. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms and Conditions shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Cook County, Illinois.

8.4. The Company reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time, without prior notice to the Client.

9. Description of SMS Program and Messaging Use Cases
By opting into our SMS program, you agree to receive text messages from Traveluxe. These messages may include trip planning updates, booking confirmations, travel reminders, promotional offers, and customer support communications. Message frequency may vary based on your interaction with our services.

10. Instructions to Opt-Out (“Text STOP”)
You may opt out of receiving SMS messages at any time by replying STOP to any message. Once you opt out, you will no longer receive SMS communications from us unless you re-enroll.

11. Disclosures for Message/Data Rates
Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier and plan. Traveluxe is not responsible for any charges incurred from your mobile provider.

12. Carrier Liability Disclaimer
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

13. Age Restriction (18+)
By opting into our SMS program, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age or have obtained consent from a parent or legal guardian.
